Privacy policy

Effective 14 September 2026. This policy covers phoenixhalo.com and the requests you send us through it. Product data handling for Aristo and Placemark is documented in each product’s trust surface and in your agreement with us.

Who we are

PhoenixHalo, Inc. ("PhoenixHalo", "we"). 169 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10016. Questions about this policy: [email protected].

What we collect on this website

  • What you type into a form. Name, work email, company, role, what you want to see, and any message. We use it to reply to you and, for demo requests, to verify the request and open a demo room.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs — IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp — for security and abuse prevention.
  • Bot protection. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set one functional cookie on the form page to distinguish people from automated traffic.
  • Analytics. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Why we process it

To answer your request (our legitimate interest in responding to you and in running the business), to verify demo requests and prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations. If you enter a product agreement with us, that agreement governs product data.

Where it goes

Form submissions are received by our request service hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States and read by a principal at PhoenixHalo. We do not pass your details to third parties except our hosting providers (Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure) acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for as long as we are in a conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the thread back up; you can ask us to delete them at any time. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its standard retention.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing, by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EU, UK or a jurisdiction with a data-protection authority, you may also complain to that authority.

Products

Aristo reads Microsoft reporting signals under one read-only consent and never exposes individual activity to other people. Placemark reads and writes Microsoft Places directory and map data under one app-only permission. Neither reads the content of documents, mail or messages. Full detail: the Aristo trust surface and our trust page.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting product customers are notified under the agreement.
