Insights · Monday Edge

Keep up with Microsoft in five minutes a week — inside Copilot Cowork.

Microsoft changes Microsoft 365 and Copilot every week — in its announcements, its documentation and its roadmap. Monday Edge turns each week into a five-minute brief. Now the same brief lives inside Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork, as a free plugin.

Ask it what moved

Ask "What did Microsoft move this week?" and it answers with the week: each change with Microsoft's own page and the date behind it. It also reads Microsoft's roadmap for you, and explains PhoenixHalo's products in plain words.

Monday Edge answering in Microsoft 365 Copilot: what is due for Microsoft Copilot in the next 90 days, grouped by the release month Microsoft states, each item linked to its roadmap entry.
Asked in Copilot: “What lands for Copilot in the next 90 days?”

What else it does

  • Answers Copilot billing and Copilot Credit questions in Microsoft's own words.
  • Preps a call by industry and size — never by name.
  • Drafts the customer email or one-pager in your own name. Nothing is sent until you send it.

Five rules that do not bend

  1. Microsoft's own pages only — announcements, documentation and the roadmap.
  2. Dates are quoted, not inferred. When a page carries no date, the brief says so.
  3. Every claim carries its link, so anyone can check it in minutes.
  4. What a change does not say gets its own chapter.
  5. No names — no Microsoft employee, no customer, no tenant.

Add it in four steps

  1. Download the plugin — one zip file — from phoenixhalo.com/brief.
  2. In Cowork, select +, then Customize, then the Plugins tab.
  3. Select Upload plugin and choose the zip.
  4. Choose Only you, or Specific users in your organization, then Apply — and ask it about this week.

Custom plugins run in Cowork on desktop and the web. An admin can add it for a whole team in the Microsoft 365 admin center, under Manage apps.

Safe to pass on

Free to add and free to share. It reads public pages only — never your tenant. It is a PhoenixHalo brief, not a Microsoft publication.

For Microsoft sellers and partners

Every Monday, the week Microsoft moved — each change with its page and date — ready to bring into a customer conversation, or to pass to the customer as it is.
