Is there a free trial?
No traditional trial. Phoenix delivers value in 60 seconds without any signup — type your company name on the home page and see what we'd surface from public data. That's the trial. Paid plans start when you decide it's worth it.
Why no per-seat pricing?
Because partner teams have wildly different sizes for the same revenue. Per-seat pricing punishes you for inviting your team — which is the opposite of what we want. Tiers are by customer-base size and feature depth, not headcount.
What does "customers tracked" mean?
The number of distinct end-customer accounts Phoenix monitors continuously for you — running nightly scans, building Customer 360, surfacing blindspots. Most partners exceed Starter's 25-customer limit within 90 days; the upgrade is usually obvious.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No retention conversations, no friction.
Annual or monthly?
Either. Annual saves 20% and is the default. Monthly is available for all tiers if you'd rather. Enterprise tier is annual-only because contracts get custom.
What's the contract length on Enterprise?
Typically annual with 60-day evaluation period. Multi-year discounts available. Standard MSA with DPA — we don't redline unless it's material.
Do you offer co-sell with Microsoft?
Yes — Phoenix Halo is on Azure Marketplace with IP co-sell enabled and ACR-eligible. Your Microsoft account team can route the deal through Marketplace toward your MACC commitment.
What if my customer base grows past the tier limit?
Phoenix shows you 30 days before you hit the cap and auto-suggests the upgrade. Nothing breaks. You're not penalized for growing — that's the whole point.
