Phoenix Halo, Inc. ("Phoenix Halo," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information. Phoenix Halo is a B2B software platform; we do not sell consumer products and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Customer data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the region selected by the customer. We use encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel under strict role-based controls.

If you are a resident of the EU, UK, California, or other jurisdictions with applicable data protection law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict processing; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 6. Data processors and sub-processors

We use a limited set of third-party service providers to operate our service: Microsoft Azure (infrastructure), Cloudflare (DNS and edge), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), and Vanta (compliance automation). A current sub-processor list is available on request.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. The "Effective" date above reflects the current version.
