# PhoenixHalo Monday Edge — a plugin for Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork

PhoenixHalo Monday Edge — never miss a beat.

One package you add once, then ask. It is free to add and free to pass on. Version 1.2.

A PhoenixHalo brief — not a Microsoft publication.

## What it does

Ask Cowork in your own words; the plugin brings twelve things:

| Ask | What you get |
|---|---|
| "What did Microsoft move this week?" | **The film first** — for example "Watch the 7-minute brief", with its poster and runtime — then the audio, then each change: **what moved · what it does to your number** (activation, consumption, renewal or new workload) **· who to call** (a segment or a role, never a named customer) **· one question to open with · Microsoft's page and date · confirmed, date-only or quiet** — plus what Copilot Cowork itself changed that month, in Microsoft's words. Away for a while? Ask *"What did I miss since the 1st?"* for every edition since then, in one answer. |
| "Yes, every Monday" · "Remind me later today" | **It arrives on its own** — a Cowork scheduled prompt you approve (see below). |
| "What changed on the roadmap this week?" · "What lands in the next 90 days?" | **Microsoft's public AI at Work Roadmap** (formerly the Microsoft 365 roadmap): what was added or changed status or month this week, and what is due in the next 30, 60 and 90 days, with the roadmap link for every item. |
| "Send this week's customer version." | **The customer-safe cut** — the same week without the seller lines, with the PhoenixHalo byline — and the link to this week's customer page once it is published. |
| "I have no customers on Aristo yet — what would I see for my accounts?" | **The account view on the sample organisation** — labelled as the sample on every line — and how a customer's leader grants you the real one (see **Your accounts** below). |
| "What is Aristo?" · "How do the Traffic Lights work?" · "How do I bring PhoenixHalo into a customer conversation?" | **The solution explainer and the seller kit**, from the product's own help library. |
| "What is Placemark?" · "Does PhoenixHalo do anything besides Aristo?" | **PhoenixHalo's other product and the company, explained** from their live public pages — Placemark turns the floor plans you already have into Microsoft Places maps, floor by floor, with your approval on every one — and every claim about Microsoft Places cites Microsoft Learn. |
| "Prep me for my call with a retail customer" · "I meet a 200-person manufacturer about Teams tomorrow" | **Call prep, by industry and size — never by name**: this week's changes that apply to that kind of customer, what lands on the AI at Work Roadmap in the next 30, 60 and 90 days, the Microsoft solution area as Microsoft's Partner Center pages state it, and three opening questions — each with Microsoft's page. |
| "What changes for Copilot Business on 2 November?" · "How do spending limits work?" | **Copilot usage billing, in Microsoft's own words**: quoted from Microsoft's Partner Center and Microsoft Learn pages when you ask, each line with its page and the day it was read — and "not yet published by Microsoft" where Microsoft has not said. Microsoft's prices are linked, never repeated. |
| "Draft it for me" · "Write the follow-up to my call" | **A customer-ready email or Word one-pager in your own name**, written by Cowork's own email and Word skills from the sourced facts and links only — nothing invented, nothing sent until you send it. |
| "What Microsoft events are coming up?" · "When is the next roadmap webinar?" | **Microsoft's calendar**: the featured events on Microsoft's events page and the monthly AI at Work roadmap webinar, each dated exactly as Microsoft's page states it, with the page to register. |
| "What is MCEM?" · "How does co-sell work?" | **How Microsoft sells, in plain words**: the sales stages, the solution areas and how co-sell starts, quoted from Microsoft's Partner Center pages on Microsoft Learn. |

Confidence, in plain words: **confirmed** — the claim and its date are both on Microsoft's page. **date-only** — Microsoft's page carries the date; what it means is PhoenixHalo's reading. **quiet** — read this week and found unchanged; no Microsoft source.

## Get it every Monday (Cowork's own scheduled prompts)

The plugin never sends anything by itself. The brief arrives on Monday only if you set up a schedule in your own Cowork. The first time you ask for the brief, Cowork offers to set it up; or say it yourself:

- **Every Monday:** *"Every Monday at 8:00 AM my time, run: What did Microsoft move this week? (PhoenixHalo)"*
- **Later today or tomorrow:** *"Remind me about this week's brief at 4:00 PM today — run once: Watch this week's Microsoft brief (PhoenixHalo)"*
- **The roadmap, every Monday:** *"Every Monday at 8:05 AM my time, run: What changed on the AI at Work Roadmap this week? (PhoenixHalo)"* (a schedule set up with 1.1 in the earlier words keeps working)

Cowork sets up the scheduled prompt and asks for your approval before it is active (**Activate**, or **Activate and run now**). You can see, pause or stop it on the **Automations** page or in the **Schedule** section of the side panel. Cowork allows up to 25 scheduled prompts per person. **Each scheduled run is a Cowork task, so it uses your own Copilot Credits**, like any other Cowork task.

## Inside the package

Fifteen skills (`microsoft-week`, `m365-roadmap`, `explain-aristo`, `explain-the-three-reports`, `explain-traffic-lights`, `credit-request-journey`, `skills-shelf-on-github`, `explain-placemark`, `seller-kit`, `sample-account-view`, `call-prep`, `money-explainer`, `draft-it-for-me`, `launch-calendar`, `how-microsoft-sells`) and one connector, to PhoenixHalo's public tool server for this plugin, `https://aristo.phoenixhalo.com/mcp/cowork`. It needs no sign-in and serves ten read-only tools: the brief, its customer version, the roadmap search, the roadmap's changes, the account view on the sample organisation, the explainer, the money explainer (`money_explainer`), call prep (`call_prep`), the draft pack (`draft_pack`) and the events calendar (`launch_calendar`). Every skill in the package works with that connector alone.

**New in 1.2 — every Microsoft fact is read from Microsoft's own page when you ask.** The money explainer, call prep, the events calendar, how Microsoft sells and Cowork's own changes quote Microsoft's Partner Center, Microsoft Learn and microsoft.com pages at the moment of the question, each line with its link, the page's own date and the day it was read. Where Microsoft has not published something, the answer says "not yet published by Microsoft". Nothing about Microsoft billing is typed from memory, and no price is repeated.

**Without the connector:** the six explainer skills and the seller kit carry their own text (the same words the explainer tool serves), so they still answer if the connector is unavailable. This week's brief, the roadmap, the sample account view, call prep, the money explainer, the drafts, the events calendar and how Microsoft sells are live only; when they cannot be reached the plugin says so — "not reachable right now — try again shortly" — and gives Microsoft's page to open, rather than guess.

## Your accounts (for Microsoft sellers)

**Today, with no sign-in:** ask *"I have no customers on Aristo yet — what would I see for my accounts?"* or *"Show me what Aristo shows a seller."* The plugin shows the account view on **the sample organisation**, labelled as the sample on every line and never presented as a customer:

| What you see | |
|---|---|
| The account view | Frontier score, activation, seats waiting for a name, the Cowork-ready cohort, spend pace against the funded budget as a Traffic Lights colour, the renewal countdown, agents built, and Aristo's impact lines — the same numbers the web view shows. |
| This week at Microsoft, for that account | Which of this week's Microsoft changes land on it and why, each with its Microsoft source and date, and **one** next action. |
| What a signal watches | 90% of a funded Cowork budget, a renewal inside 60 days, a Cowork-ready cohort of ten or more — with the sample's own numbers beside each. |
| How to get it for a real account | The invitation to send, and how the customer's own leader grants you access. |

**Your own accounts, today:** open **https://aristo.phoenixhalo.com/advisor/week** and sign in with your work account. Any account whose leader granted you access appears there, in this same view.

**What the customer controls.** Nothing is shared until the customer's own leader opens Aristo, **Settings → Microsoft seller access**, enters your work email and selects **Grant access**. Access is read-only, organisation totals only (groups of five or more, never a person), runs 90 days unless they choose otherwise, and ends the moment they revoke it.

**In a later version:** your own accounts inside Cowork, through a second, signed-in connector, **PhoenixHalo — your accounts**, with two more skills (`my-accounts-week`, `account-signals`). They are added to the package together with that connector, once PhoenixHalo's sign-in registration for it is in place — never one without the other.

## Before you add it

- Cowork runs on a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, and Cowork tasks are metered in Copilot Credits, so billing for them needs to be set up in your organization.
- Custom plugins are not supported in Cowork on mobile — add and use it on desktop or the web.

## How to add it (free)

**Just for you, or for named colleagues in your organization** — no admin needed:

1. In Cowork, select the **+** button, then **Customize**, then the **Plugins** tab.
2. Select **Upload plugin** and choose `aristo-cowork-plugin.zip`.
3. When the **Share** dialog opens, choose **Only you**, or **Specific users in your organization** and add people by name or email.
4. Select **Apply**.
5. Ask: *"What did Microsoft move this week?"*

**Updating from 1.0 or 1.1:** upload this version the same way, then open the plugin's detail page and select **Re-share** so everyone you shared it with gets it.

**For a whole team or the whole organization:** an admin uploads the same .zip in the **Microsoft 365 admin center → Manage apps → Upload custom app** and chooses specific users, specific groups, or the entire organization.

**Passing it to someone in another organization:** send them the .zip and this README; they add it in their own Cowork the same way. A share inside Cowork reaches people in your own organization only.

## What it never does

- **It never reads your tenant.** No Microsoft Graph, no mail, files or chats. The public tools need no sign-in and read public pages only: the weekly brief at phoenixhalo.com/brief, Microsoft's public roadmap feed, and Microsoft's own public pages on Microsoft Learn, Partner Center and microsoft.com. The sample account view is the sample organisation's numbers only — no customer data.
- **It never changes anything in your organization, and never calls a model on our side.** All ten tools are marked read-only, so Cowork runs them without a prompt; the plugin's door serves nothing else.
- **It never sends by itself.** A Monday brief or a reminder exists only because you set up and approved the schedule in your own Cowork.
- **It never quotes a price and never pitches.** The brief reports what Microsoft moved and where Microsoft says so; the explainer explains; the door is **Demo by request — https://phoenixhalo.com/demo/**
- **It never names a customer or a Microsoft employee** in anything it publishes. Who to call is a segment or a role; the account view shows a seller only the accounts that named them.
- **It never invents a date.** Dates are quoted as Microsoft's page states them; a date Microsoft did not state is "not stated".
- **What PhoenixHalo counts:** how many times each tool is called per day, how much of that is Cowork traffic, and an estimate of distinct callers made from a day-scoped, salted hash of the calling address — the address and the hash are never stored. Nothing about you, your organization or what you asked.
